Our Sponsors

As Dirty Freehub has grown, so have our costs. We are no longer that itty, bitty, little website! The site has over a 150 pages, 20,000 photos and operates in two regions of the world. Without sponsorship, we really wouldn’t be able to keep it up. Therefore, we encourage you to give our sponsors a first look when doing bike business. They really help make gravel cool!

Interested in being a sponsor? Drop us a note at mail@dirtyfreehub.com

Wahoo is a title sponsor of Dirty Freehub. They make gravel cool and easy!

We find the Wahoo bike computers to be the best in class for route navigation. Recently we made the switch to the all new Roam device. Wow! Big color screen. Super easy route integration with platforms like RideWithGPS and Strava. And super easy integration with heart rate monitors, power meters, and speed / cadence sensors. And super easy set up through the phone app.

Wahoo is also good people. Even though we are small (but growing!), they have been responsive to our needs and suggestions. They are helping us do more in the gravel scene so we can do more for you.

The next time you are in the market for bike computers, trainers and fitness products give them a look!

Oregon Trail Gravel Grinder

The Oregon Trail Gravel Grinder is 5 day gravel adventure through the heart of the Cascade mountains that took place in June 2019 and will happen again in June 2020. We rode 2 of the 5 days and had a blast! Excellent routes, good food and great people. Pick from two route options: the Adventurer or the Explorer. Visit Fort Sisters, Blue River, Oakridge, Gilchrist and LaPine. Race it, Ride it, Enjoy it!!

This event is put on Breakaway Promotions which is one of the premier event companies in the western United States.

The Dirty Freehub team is very excited to be partnered with Breakaway Promotions as we all share a belief in “doing good” and giving back to the communities we work with.

Sagebrush Cycles has focused on gravel riding before it was called gravel riding!

Early on we converted Ritchey bicycles to fit larger tires and we were a pioneer in mapping out routes in Central Oregon. Today, we now support the two major gravel events in the area: the Cascade Gravel Grinder and the Oregon Trail Gravel Grinder.

We offer gravel bikes from Orbea, Litespeed, Ritchey, Merlin, and Pivot. Virtually all of our builds are custom or partial custom and we will build the perfect bike for your adventure whether it be to race, tour, or explore the back country.

We are certified on Shimano DI2, SRAM AXS, and well versed in all the newest gearing and build options. Our new location puts us at the doorstep of some of the best routes in the area.

Bowen Sports Performance specializes in performance coaching, bike camps, spin and strength classes and bike fitting. Gravel Girl’s bike is a custom fit by this shop … and she loves it! Gravel Girl and Captain “O” both are active participants in the performance spin classes during the winter.
