Gravel 101: An Introduction to riding gravel and loving it!!

What:
Want traffic-free cycling where you can chat with the person next to you? Want to open up a whole bunch of new routes right from Bend?   Been wondering about all the fuss over your roadie friends buying gravel bikes? Come to our seminar:  We will talk about what gravel riding is and is not, bikes that are appropriate for gravel, and how to find rides.

Led by the Dirty Freehub team of Linda English (Gravel Girl) and Kevin English (Captain “O”), this seminar will be interactive with discussions and activities.  No bike required.

Linda and Kevin are founders of Dirty Freehub where they have documented over 35 plus great gravel cycling routes.    They also regularly lead gravel for the BACE (Bend Area Cycling Enthusiast) meetup group.

Who:
This seminar is for those that are new to riding gravel, but all are welcome.

Where:
At the new Webcyclery World Headquarters (AKA: The Old Stone Church) at 157 NW Franklin Avenue.
