Mt Barrow / Jacob’s Ladder Double (North to South)

Training Route / by Captain ‘O’ & Gravel Girl

This route combines two great climbs into a big ride! Highly demanding, but highly scenic. Mt. Barrow is the first climb, followed by Jacob’s Ladder. In this direction, a short ( ~ 4 Km) section of rocky, technical double track is ridden only in the downhill direction. On the return, this section is avoided by taking an alternative paved road just to the north. The South to North direction, which is a bit less in distance and gain, is documented just below.
